Step ONe: LOCATE YOUR BILL
If you do not have a copy of your medical bill that your insurance company provided you, call them and ask to be sent a copy. Make sure the bill is itemized and contains more than just the total sum of care. If your bill is more than one page, upload every page you have been provided. Please be sure to black out with a marker or pen any personal information so that your privacy is protected.
